Returns and defective products
Return deadlines and conditions
If the product is unused and has no special description, we will accept returns within 10 days of receiving the product.
However, this only applies to unused items with no damage to the tags or packaging.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been customized, such as with a name engraved on them.
・If the refund is made to your account, the customer will be responsible for the bank transfer fees, so the refund will be made after deducting the bank transfer fees.
・If you use a credit card, the product price may be initially deducted from your account as part of the payment process.
In this case, the refund will be made through your credit card company.

Return Shipping Fee
Please note that if the reason is due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the costs.
However, we will bear the cost of replacing defective products or products delivered in error.
・Even if the product you purchased was shipped free of charge, if you return it for personal reasons, we will refund the amount minus the regular shipping fee.
Defective Products
In the unlikely event that a defective product is found, we will check the inventory status and then repair or replace the product at our expense.
